You have Water on Top, and Fire at the Bottom. The Water goes down and Fire goes up. So if Fire goes up and Water goes down, it will happen
completely vertical.
Cooking is very easy if you know how:
1. First you will have to know how to control the Fire:
If the Fire is too hot, the meat will become tough
If the Fire is too low, the meat will be spoiled and/or breakaway. Cooking mung bean, however, would require very low fire to let it breakaway.
Too hot or medium fire will not cook mung bean even for a very long time.
If the Fire is medium, it will cook nicely.
2. Second you need to know how to control the Water:
If too much animal oil, it will never cook the meat because not hot enough
If there are much more water compared to animal oil, the soup will be tasteless
If there is enough water, it will burn the meat beautifully, and it will release the juice out of the meat.
3. To control Salt and Sugar:
There can be 2 ways:
1. Little salt and a lot of Sugar
2. Little sugar and a lot of Salt.
Salt is bad for you, it will increase blood pressure, whereas a lot of Sugar will not be much of a
problem because in Cooking, A LOT of sugar will NOT be as sweet as how Candy is sweet.
