We will need to transfer the sand (muslim) by using light (christian) into water (china) or atmosphere (japan).
It should mean that the muslim should not move from their place... but speciments and information need to be sent and processed in their home places...
The type of sand should be able to be analysed by the US people because they went to the moon before...
The chinese knew how to transfer plastic into oil...
Once the moon has atmosphere... by tranforming sand into water or atmosphere... we are then able to do so for other planets...
it would be possible because of the availability of the sun... shining for all the planets in the solar system...
we could use tree on the moon to transform co2 to o2... but then we need co2...
