is a good one, sweetness makes you feel high, but after you feel high,
you will feel low, once you feel low, you will be inclined to have more
sweetness, it's one way of addiction. sweets are bad for you. sooner or
later you will get addicted to sweetness. and without you even knowing
it.
but
almost all of drinks in the supermarket are sweet, the whole line of
it, very few are non sweet, the fact is, i only drink mineral water
because there are no other options! they're all addiction supermarkets.
and, FRUITS are sweet too! imagine that!
Well, these things are new thoughts, no one really know whether it's true or not.

Tian (天）
i am a bit more busy now and i think i will more often go to XXXXX
from now and then, so, i can only say a few points that i think matters
to me, and in that, i hope i don't miss important points.
谋事在人， 成事在天。
mou shi zai ren, cheng shi zai tian.
Plan is located in Man, Completeness is located in Heaven/The Sky/Above.
Rencana terletak di Orang, Kesempurnaan terletak di Langit.
It was questioned whether this Tian (天）， is only one person or
a lot of people. However, I disbelieve that there is only one because
even the Christian Monotheistic God, consists of The God, The
Son and the Holy Spirit. Which are, 3 of them. Without The Son,
God cannot fully provide Salvation.
I personally/myself think that Monotheist is actually many people,
which serves as One, which means, helping each other. Of course,
others may believe different things.
I cannot exist without the plumber, the plumber cannot exist without
me, the customer.
Even the President of Indonesia cannot exist without the plumber,
because very possible that the President is very busy with other
things and the plumber cannot possibly exist without the President
either. The President cannot possibly exist without his accomplish.
The point trying to make is that Tian (天）， the law of nature, which
consist probably even more than Tian, Di, Ren (天，地，人）, because
it consists of everything in the world and also in the universe. Or anyone
who can understand Tian (天）, as an entirety, which means, he understands
the Tian 100%. Even if such person exists, there are many important things
to say that he should be more than One.
Why there is not only one person as Tian (天）？ Because 2 Tian is better than
One, and 3 Tian is better than 2, 100 Tian is better than 3.
Even if he is Tian, he also need to do a lot of things, therefore he can only
give a portion of his time, and not 100%. In the sense of effort and time and
attention, he must also not to give his 100%, because:
1. He will die one day.
2. One person is not enough, and the more the better.
3. The middle is closer to either the top and the bottom, as this is Tian,
not a regular person's standard, I personally think this is already low enough.
and this is the location that should be sought.
4. He require to spare his time to do other emergency things happening in
his life.
5. Because he will die one day, he must socialize and pass on his knowledge
to others which otherwise would have gone, when he dies. (which could be
anytime)
6. He must work together with anyone in order even to exist in society, he
can't even make his own clothes or even cook the food he eats, all by himself.
7. Locating itself at the highest can possible endanger everything else below him,
therefore, need at least more than one at the highest.
Nobody can exist without the collective. Collective is One, but consists of many,
like the head, the body, the hands and the legs.

Exercise Walking on a Treadmill
Treadmill is the exercise recommended because it regulates the blood in the body and lifts out poison, and to be filtered out by the system. Regular exercise can prevent you from getting sick. Even if you are getting sick, by a short exercise, it can cancel the sickness, as I also have done that many times myself, and I have not been sick for a long while now.
Exercising is also causing the muscle to interact and as a result the contents of the muscle is also refreshed, if I don't read that mistakenly from book: Miracle of Endorphine by Dr. Shigeo Haruyama. Walking also makes every muscle in the body to interact. Walking is also recommended by Dr. Shigeo as one good option of exercising.
Why Treadmill?
By using a treadmill, you stay at one place at all time, you don't have to get a transport to get back where you started when you walk on the street. As a result, you can exercise as long as you want, as many times as you want and as soon as you want such as when you are sick and wanting to refresh your system, you can walk with shorter periods, with convenience.
How to walk on treadmill
There are certain parameters that need to be set correctly, and other things such as the amount of food to be consumed.
When you walk, the speed must be at the most suitable speed for your body. Not too fast, and not to slow. Must be the right speed.
The length of time to exercise also must be correct, not too long and not too soon.
Recommended is twice everyday, and 30 minutes per exercise.
You may need to set the inclination to suit your need.
However, even if you exercise a lot, you need to cut your food to 80% of your regular portion. But, if you exercise, you won't feel hungry, well, at least I wasn't.
You cannot exercise when you are tired. You cannot exercise when you've exercised too much and aches in your body everywhere. You cannot exercise when you couldn't sleep all night. You can only exercise when you've rested and fit. If you are getting early symtoms of sickness, you can exercise just a little to perspire to go out of the system, and to regulate the blood and poisons in your body. Maybe about 15 minutes, depending on your sickness.
If you have just eaten, you can wait for 30 minutes before doing any walking, just to get the food down the system a little. If you have not eaten, maybe you can drink a bit of water, just to ease up your inner stomach.
Other details:
By walking, you pump your blood in your body. And the blood will go to every part of your system, including every finest veins, your brain and your meat, it even may strengthen your bone, also because many parts are refreshed.

unified we stand, divided we fall. a twig versus a bunch of twigs. divide and conquer.
a twig only is very easy to break. but a bunch of twig, you will be surprised, is
much harder to break.
australia is like a twig only. why?
a family of husband and wife would generally be one husband working at
the office and the wife takes care of the house, provide dinner, cleaning,
etc.
because the husband at the office, the wife would then be alone at home.
which means, 'a woman' takes care of the house, need to drive car,
shopping, cooking, cleaning, washing, gardening, probably even taking
after the plumbing and everything else that happens in the house.
and then the children will be born.
and then the parents are old and need taken care of.
all these, have to be taken care of by a few people, generally 1 or 2
people, and could be mostly taken care of by the wife.
how can you be so sure that this wife (the twig), will not easily
snap because of overwork? are you trying to proof something
that everyone of you is a wonder woman?
many old people stay at the home, because no one could
take care of them.
indonesia is like a bunch of twigs. why?
in a house there is the family, that can easily support several family
members, plus the servants, the drivers, the tukang (repairman or
builder).
even if the wife spends all day in the dressing room, everything is
taken care of by all other people.
if parents become old, we would hire a nurse or two and take care of them
easily.
these nurses and servants are different from australia because they stay
at the house 24/7. they know well everything around the house in a
short period because it is what they see everyday and they don't need
to travel at all, can save travelling money and less traffic jam on the road.
because everything is so close together, in a short area there can be
numerous number of houses, and because of great number of people,
food are also available closeby and the food sellers will never run out of buyers
and if more food seller comes, there are still enough people to buy or
support the food seller because there are still many people who buy them.
if in a house you have 1 person, and in a house you have 4 persons. which
house do you think will be taken care of better? not only the house will be well
taken care of, but the people also will be much rested, with more variety
of food, more variety of products, and the tukang will also be more
experienced because there are many customers for any given area to work on.
in indonesia, we are taught that a bunch of twig cannot be easily broken
but one twig is very easily broken. i don't want the risk to be easily
broken and i agree with indonesia. and i recommend you to spend majority
of your life to be well rested and fully provided for.
majority of soft drinks is not recommended
majority food in the west is fast food.
so they go there 2-3 times a day, sometimes 4 times, they even include happy meals and playground for kids (so they can go there more often!)
fast food mainly provides soft drinks and Only soft drinks.
a person in average would at least have a soft drink everyday, every week. otherwise, where would they go?
soft drinks everyday is like accumulating poison in your body, and sugar is probably the most mass produced poison in the world. Nowadays, even tea drink or even fruit juice are sweet. Otherwise
they can hardly sell.
many of them also have preservatives.
you are not supposed to have soft drinks everyday. human is not meant to drink sugar, constantly everyday. and i sure hope that it is not going to be a universal drink!
despite the colorful presentation, the attractiveness, the high quality environment, the cleanliness, expensive looking and all other most professional representations, you find major problems like
this.
many great things in the world is not about how they look.
i am not saying that Fast Food is bad, or Coca Cola is bad, i am only saying: don't drink too much sweet, just drink a tiny little bit. And you will find the real happiness within. (instead of happiness from sugar, how do little kids know about sugar? they sure love them lots! it makes them 'high'.) :)

Heaven or Hell
i want to make this thing clear: 1. you allow all criminal to enter your 'Heaven', by giving them grace, and then, 2. you allow both cheeks to be slapped without fighting back in that 'Heaven'. That's a recipe for hell, quite an original recipe, not the best one, it's just one of many, but, the result would generally be hell. The devoted ones suffer, and the criminal ones are free to do whatever. That's even worse than earth, it is too impure and dark to be called 'Heaven'. It should actually be called Hell.

respect to the elderly
there are 2 versions about the respects to the elderly.
The first is, the West version, there is no respect to the elderly. We call the elderly by the name, we are set free once we are 18 years old. Separated from our parents to wonder the world and this is the time of 'freedom', that you are completely matured. Once you are married, there is no way you are going to be together with your parents. And then when the elderly are old and unable to take care of themselves, the elderly will go to the 'home'. They complain and cry but, it's no use, the children are too busy taking care of themselves, let alone taking care of their parents. Until they die.
The East version: parents are our great teacher. We have titles for each one of us. We are never quite separated from parents even when we are 18 years old. We always have them remind us about things. When we are married, we also consult our parents about who is suitable for us to marry, in the old times, they even have complete dictatorship about who we are about to marry, and it would be quite normal. Parents are our great library of experience. No matter how smart we are, the elderly will be much more experienced because they always older and more experienced than we are. When they get old, we don't put them in a 'home'. They live with us, we take care of them, and they even may give us input again and again, and will continue to give us advice even until we get old and until they die. We love our parents, and we want them to be around, all the time.
Which version suit you?
In my experience, your friends cannot be trusted to take care of you. Only your close family can take care of you. This is my personal experience, and I've learnt it the hard way. Therefore, family is always number one. Just like China said, and nobody can deny that. But to a society where parents are meant to be in the 'home' because they are too busy? We don't even listen to them when we are above 18 years old? How can a society flourish without wisdom and caring?
If a society is built based on carelessness, what is the result of that?
maybe you'll choose the West, but what would you feel right now if you know that there is no security when you get old, no one wants you when you are old, not even your family either? the cause of immature decisions may well be caused by weak bond between parents and children.

Monotheism or The One God
In order for a MONOtheistic God to exist, require the existence and understanding of an UTTERLY PERFECT God, which no one can deny that if such God exists, the God would make no mistakes at all, and furthermore, make unbelievably uncompromised ideal truth that no one in the history of mankind could deny or even have the SLIGHTEST DOUBT that HE is the ONE God. I feel that Christian God has much to work on.
First, I myself don't know if such One God exists.Second, I myself cannot guarantee that it is ONE God, instead of TWO or THREE or even FOUR or even if it doesn't exist at all.
One God is a great dream, that no one else can be better because there is only one at the top, but, how about if the truth is different? We even have pairs for each of us.
I am not saying that there are 2 Gods. Because I don't know that.
But One God? I still have a lot of doubt.
And to admit your doubt is the way to truth and knowledge, however, many would prefer to go straight to the conclusion and say that there is one God, even with the doubt in hand.
However, I've seen so many insensitive souls, that even the most obvious things in front of their noses cannot be seen by them, and yet they are as confident as ever.

a building with no foundation does not exist
a building with no foundation does not exist.
these five arguments have the strength to make the whole bible collapse. no foundation is arrived from these:
1. if someone slap your left cheek, give your right cheek. any people wanted to be slapped twice can register, and wherever they are even till the end of the world, i will chase them! because as Jesus said, those who don't believe in Him will perish. *shaking head*, i think those who believe in Him, instead, will perish.
2. Mary was pregnant because of God, but not Joseph, the descendant of David. Joseph, was written in the bible, did not touch Mary. There was no record who Mary was, no background was written, nothing, only suddenly she was pregnant and not by Joseph. Mary could've been a Chinese, or because of the very poor background, many things is possible. Jesus was a God that has no money, a very poor God, that is one possibility. Maybe we should worship poor people? But poor people do all sorts of crime because of their conditions?
the argument about Jesus not being a descendent of David, could void the whole religion, because, it was said Abraham the ancestor of Jesus, and so, the whole Christian line. But this was contradicted, and therefore, this voids the whole line of Abraham.
3. Because we are not God, therefore we cannot understand any of the points 1, 2, 4 and 5, at least. However, it is written in Genesis, that says: "we are created in the image of God". And therefore, we should understand God. Is it possible that the bible made a mistake, because everything seems to be mixed up. First, we cannot understand anything in the bible, point 1, 2, 4 and 5, and it is because we are not God, but yet, the bible say we are made in the image of God, therefore we should understand. At one side we should understand, but we don't understand, because we should not understand. This is a contradiction.

4. Galileo said that the world was not the center of the universe, but the church said otherwise, and then put Galileo in prison. Many centuries later, the church admit was mistaken. How can Christian faith was accurate when Galileo was imprisoned? How about if the church does the same mistake again, do we wait several centuries later after the person had been imprisoned? Hasn't the history told you enough? How can you say that Christian faith was not blind? If you still believe in Christianity after all this, I think you have several hundred years to catch up since Galileo. Maybe it is better if we don't believe in the bible after Galileo. If anything from the bible says things like 'miracles', you can try to prove it, because nowadays nothing hardly works if it contradicts the Law of Nature. Try to separate the water just like Moses did when he crossed the river, it doesn't actually happen.
5. In the old testament, sacrificing with vegetables are not encouraged, we should sacrifice with animals. The same with Jesus Christ, in order for the world salvation, we need to sacrifice Jesus, their one and only God, nailed to the cross. Just like those Mayans, native Americans. I don't want to be their God, cos if I do, they will cut off my head, at least, certainly to die miserably.
These people may need to be a Christian, despite how impossible it may sound. Some of them may not even have the heart to see through the fog of lies and to do something about it, live and die in the same dark condition. You will be surprised that it is also a great proportion of the population of the world. But can you create a computer with a mud? Build a computer with nothing but mud? They feed themselves with mud and they give their children nothing but mud, not only you can't see anything in mud with your eyes, your eyes are also filled with mud.

the order of Acceptance
I have lived 12 years in Australia, and I can say that I know what it's like to live there.
And before that, I lived in Indonesia for 18 years, and so I know what it's like to live here.
There are 2 kinds of life:
1. Complicated life (Australia)
2. Simple and easy life (Indonesia)
I am not going to explain into details why I have arrived to these conclusions, but I know it myself, if you really going to go through all of these, you will find everything that I will explain to be correct.
Complicated Life
A complicated life is where, in one day, after you've worked for 8 hours and then another hour of return travel, you may even need to drive yourself both ways, you arrive at a home where you have to wash you meat and vegies, cut, cook, eat, wash dishes, throw the rubbish, put clothings in the laundry, don't forget to wash your socks cos they are smelly, and then, you just hope that after all that terrible day, you don't have any broken appliance, because then you have to fix them. And if you want to ask a repairer to fix them, you will then need to pay a lot of money, cos labour is expensive. You better, buy a new appliance instead and get rid of your broken appliance. Appliance is one thing, but there are others like broken roof, among other things also. Because the costs of fixing a roof is tremendous, it is not rare that a surgeon, and even my once lecturer (dosen), had to go up the roof and fix the roof himself. If a surgeon had to go up the roof and fix the roof himself, do you think that's a simple and easy life or complicated life? He might have a surgery operation at 1 o'clock and he may fell from the roof and break his arm at 11, do you think that is something good? Do you think it is easy to find a surgeon that may be fully booked to operate on someone that may depend on his/her life from that surgery?
Simple and easy life
Simple and easy life is when after your 8 hour work on one day, you go home, and the dinner is ready, you eat, you take shower, and then you rest, watch tv, or any other relaxing activity that you enjoy, before you go to sleep at night. Therefore, home is where you enjoy yourself and quiet your mind. You even don't have to drive yourself to work, cos you have a driver.
Life is bliss, if you know how to live it. Only you, will make it complicated. Only you, will make it simple and easy. Simple and easy is better.
I find that in order for you to concentrate and produce a perfect result, you need to make every other thing as simple and easy as possible. (Although it also require talents for someone to perform really well in anything that they do.)
But in order to have a simple and easy life, you also need to know how to manage your life into a simple and easy life. This where the order of Acceptance comes in, or whatever else you might want to call it, this is where, you have to accept another human being into your life, and make her, as a servant, to be part of the family. Of course, in order to do that, you will need to completely trust her, and you have to choose CAREFULLY.
This is almost impossible in Western world, where, even your parents would require to take care of the family, even when they are already too old and fragile to take care of the home. And some of them are just sent to the home (panti jompo). You think that's simple? I don't know about that, but it sure is a lot of pain. I have been in a lot of homes (panti jompo), and they were complaining and crying that the family couldn't visit them. (because the amount of work their children have everyday is impossible). This is because, they are unable to take a servant for them. And so they don't have the time even to take care of their parents, and they had to send them to the homes (panti jompo). After the pain the parents had to live when they were young, non-stop, they are sent to the dry lonely desert of the home. (panti jompo)where they had to continue the pain by crying and complaining...
... and if you've lived in Australia for long enough, you will know what I mean and what it was like... nothing good can come out from my mouth about that country... how can it be from all of that above...? it's concerning everyone's life...
Do you know that if your servant live in your house 24/7, it even actually cut the transport costs and efforts? In western country, even only if you want to clean up the house for an hour, you would need to transport twice for one particular house and the transport could take 1 or even 2 hours, not only it require money, it also require time and effort.
After thinking for a while, you will arrive at the conclusion that, the only way of perfection in this life, is through the order of Interbeing. You need help, in order for you to achieve perfection in whatever you do. Working by halves is not going to cut it, not in any fields of expertise in life. You will end up having to repeat the work all over again because the result was not fully well done...
Sorry if I make this not too well done, cos I get busy nowadays with the work... I really hope that this is clear enough...
And before that, I lived in Indonesia for 18 years, and so I know what it's like to live here.
There are 2 kinds of life:
1. Complicated life (Australia)
2. Simple and easy life (Indonesia)
I am not going to explain into details why I have arrived to these conclusions, but I know it myself, if you really going to go through all of these, you will find everything that I will explain to be correct.

A complicated life is where, in one day, after you've worked for 8 hours and then another hour of return travel, you may even need to drive yourself both ways, you arrive at a home where you have to wash you meat and vegies, cut, cook, eat, wash dishes, throw the rubbish, put clothings in the laundry, don't forget to wash your socks cos they are smelly, and then, you just hope that after all that terrible day, you don't have any broken appliance, because then you have to fix them. And if you want to ask a repairer to fix them, you will then need to pay a lot of money, cos labour is expensive. You better, buy a new appliance instead and get rid of your broken appliance.
