Points about in a house

This writing is an attempt to extend Miyamoto Musashi's points about material in a house. As far as I know, this has not been written anywhere.

I am not sure if you can digest/get this one.

I am sorry but I choose not to make this finer than it is. I have become busy and busier with work.

House is a very important place, because it is where you live. Where you spend most your time in, where you interact with family and as well as friends who will become family.

Therefore house must be built with extreme care.

My solution comes with this:

The ground level of a house is the most important level. It is where everyone should spend their time in, because it is where everyone access it easily.

The ground level must have everything essential such as food, sleep, study, exercise and therefore the ground level could be very crowded and have relatively small rooms.

Another reason why ground level is important is because people from higher level would go to ground level to do essential things by 'going down' instead of going up, and therefore it is NOT difficult. And that's why it is another reason that the ground level is the place to frequently be visited.

Ideally, old people should spend time with young children and it is the young children that has to come to old people. And that is another reason why ground level is important.

The second or, if you have the third level will be occupied with other extra features/builds such as projector room, dance room, party room, etc.

The highest level would be dedicated to lifeforms that are non human. Such as plants and animals. Children are meant to spend with plants, animals and the weather when they are young. Dogs can also be placed on the highest level to prevent robbers to enter the house. You can probably add some red fish in a pond, just another example.

Servants, if you have any, are located where the owners of the house are located such as the ground and the second floor. Their bedrooms are also located at very good hongshui spot, but servants and owners of the house's are located with a distance of corner to corner, far from each other.

As old people die, another old person then would replace the ground level.

In my design, I choose to have 1 master bedroom with an en-suite bath/shower and 2 smaller bedrooms with access of only one bath/shower room.

Why don't we put everyone on ground level? Because the ground level is where the old person lives, and the old person must have access to essential things which should be placed on the ground also.

There are needs for large/very large rooms which can be used for different purposes. What I mean is, one large room can be set to a projector room, change to a dance room or change to a party room.

The sun should adequately access the house, but in my experience I dislike the sunlight.

oh forgot to mention that the study desk is located in the bedroom.
